Remember that Kool-Aid dyed yarn we did ages ago...
Well we finally turned that pretty yarn into a finished project. Ribbed Boot Cuffs!
A great way to add a splash of color to your fall/winter wardrobe and these look perfect paired with skinny jeans.
This simple pattern works up quickly and can easily be adjusted to fit any size. Crochet these a little longer and they make wonderfully cozy legwarmers too!

SIZE: This pattern is written to fit approximately ages 8-10. (Sizes may be adjusted up or down by measuring below the knee to the bottom of the calf. Make your starting chain the same length as the measurement. Then measure around the around the leg below the knee. Work the pattern, adding or subtracting rows to achieve the desired circumference.)

Materials List:
Worsted Weight yarn

Tapestry Needle

Starting out: Ch 30

Row 1: Work 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook. Continue working 1 hdc in each ch stitch to end. (28hdc)
Row 2: Ch 2, turn. In back loop only work 1 hdc in each hdc across. (28hdc)
Row 3-23: Repeat row 2.

Bowtykes Giveaway

It's a Wednesday giveaway!
Sponsored by... Bowtykes
Briana is the designer behind this handmade shop.
A girl with a passion for designing accessories that can be made for girls and boys. ♥
At Bowtykes you will find the cutest crochet patterns that include... Loveys, hats, headbands, shoes, photo props and the most adorable handmade bowties that can also double as hair bows!
You will love getting to know Briana...
Here she is in her own words:
"Hello! My name is Briana and I started designing crochet patterns about a year ago and have loved every minute of it. I have one son and a husband who just went back to college last month! I love how I am able to stay at home with my son and provide a little extra money while doing something I love and have so much fun with.
I started my shop with hats and headbands but I bounced around a bit this summer trying out new things such as shoes and loveys. Stitch dictionaries are always close by as I try to choose specific textures that will enhance each of my patterns. There are so many fun and interesting textures you can create with crochet – why settle for a plain boring stitch??  Check out my designs and I hope you have as much fun with them as I do!
Thanks so much to Sara for her awesome work at Tangled Happy and the time she has spent working with me!"
